Direct Counsel is working with an Am Law 20 firm seeking a talented and driven 3rd–4th year associate to join its Corporate Advisory (Finance) practice. The position is open in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami, or Dallas .

3–4 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, with a focus on finance and banking .
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills .
Excellent academic credentials .
Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction corresponding to the selected office.
