Job Description - Assembler 2, General (BD - Milpitas, CA)

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Milpitas, CA 95035

Shift: Mon-Fri, 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST)

Interviews: Onsite

Requirements: Clear criminal & education checks, HS Diploma/GED required

Responsibilities:

• Perform fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections per SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Work with basic measurement tools (e.g., microscopes).
• Maintain accuracy, follow instructions, and work well in a team environment.
• Rotate between different tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret English instructions and perform basic math.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and open to flexible hours.
